Graham's Birthday Party

Saturday, we went to Graham Jackson's third birthday party. He had a water party with lots of pools and water slides. We had a great time. Happy Birthday Graham!!!
The Birthday Boy

I loved this picture of Raylin and Caroline Cross. They both wanted to ride in this car and Raylin got in and Caroline got in on top of her. It was so funny. I love Raylin's expression. It is probably really good Raylin is not talking yet, because by the way she is looking at Caroline, she probably would not be saying nice things.

Fun at the River!!!

Thursday, we went to the River to see Gran and Gramp. Ben and Creed were also there spending some time with Gran and Gramp. When we got there, Raylin and I rode the tube. Then Creed and I rode the tube. Then Ben rode the tube. Raylin loved riding the tube with me. After we rode the tube, we went to the neighbor's pool and let the kids swim. Of course, I forgot my camera! Raylin jumped off the side of the pool and one of her floaties came off. She kept going under and couldn't get back up so I had to jump in after her - in my clothes and flipflops!!!! We also forgot towels so that was lots of fun!
Gran and Gramp had me a birthday cake and it was delicious!!! Raylin enjoyed it a lot as you can see by the second pic below!
Thanks Gran and Gramp for a wonderful time!!!

WATERPARK FUN!!!

Friday morning, we went to a water park in New Hope. We had so much fun! Raylin loved the slide! She would squeal and laugh all the way down. I'm not sure how many times we rode it, but I know my legs were hurting from walking up the stairs and carrying a mat and a two year old. She also rode the slide with Gran! Ben loved the slide, but I definitely think Creed liked the big pool best. The pool was great. There was a HUGE shallow end that was only 3 feet deep! Raylin didn't wear her floaties, but she held on to them the entire time. I think it is because they were Strawberry Shortcake. When Gran first gave them to her, she smelled them. It was so funny. She was thinking they would smell like strawberries like her Strawberry Shortcake dolls. Thanks Gran for taking us to the water park! We had a blast!!!

This picture clearly shows how much Raylin LOVED the waterslide!

After our trip to the water park, Raylin, Creed and I came back to the river and napped. When everybody woke up, we ate watermelon. Raylin thoroughly enjoyed her watermelon! Then we rode the tube again. Raylin rode with Ben this time and she wasn't too crazy about it. I think she would rather ride with her mommy!

I couldn't resist taking this picture. She looks like a true redneck child - outside in nothing but a diaper and shoes! Raylin, you will not see many pics like this of you because Mommy really tries to keep you dressed all the time and not let you run around in a diaper!!!

Happy Birthday Baker!!!

Saturday, we went to Baker's 4th birthday party at Pizza Hut. He had a Thomas the Train party and everything was so cute. Raylin had a blast playing in their play area. I had to go through the tunnel and get her a few times because she couldn't figure out how to come down which was a nice little work out for me!
We had a great time!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BAKER!!!

MS Braves Game

Friday evening, we went to the MS Braves game. Before the game, we decided to meet the Segrest's at Frisco Deli. On the way, we get a call from MK saying they have a flat tire and are on the side of the interstate. So we headed to help them. By the time we got there, Chad was almost done changing the tire. After I slammed my toe in the car door, we headed to Frisco Deli. I had to put that in there about my toe because it hurt so bad. I thought I was going to pass out. But I couldn't pass out because I was too mad at Chad and Brigg for laughing at me. We ate and then went to the game to meet lots of friends. Half of our small group ended up being at the game. The Guest's, Jackson's and Edward's were all there. We had so much fun! The kiddos ran wild and the mommies actually got to visit a little bit between chasing after kids. We didn't get to stay until the fireworks because Raylin was so tired. She had been up late the night before at the Segrest's so she was sleepy and moody well before the game ended. We love all of our sweet friends and had a blast with ya'll!!!
Changing the tire on the side of the interstate... Of course I had to take a picture!!!

Ready to cheer for the MS Braves!

Love this sweet pic of Chad holding Nash and Raylin so they can see the game...
