Caroline's First Birthday Polka Dot Party!!!

Today we went to Caroline Sharpe's first birthday party. She had a polka dot party and everything was so cute. Raylin had so much fun playing with Caroline and Hank and especially Mrs. Barbara and Amy's Aunt Jackie. She loved the cheeto puffs and the yummy polka dot cake. It was a perfect day for an outside party. Happy Birthday Caroline! We love you!

I just love this picture. They have the exact same sippy cups and are both drinking Diet Coke turning it up at the same time!

Playing with Cousins!!!

Thursday, Eli and Elle Elise came over to play with Raylin. They had a lot of fun! Eli kept filling Raylin's toy wagon up with toys and would bring them from the playroom into the den and dump them out. Then go back and get more. This is what the den looked like when he was done. Be sure to look at the baby hanging from Elle Elise's hat. I'm not quite sure why she was hanging baby, but Raylin sure was watching intently. I'm sure she was taking note in case she ever has a baby brother or sister. We might better keep a close watch on Raylin and Elle when Baby Moore arrives. :) Click on the picture so that you can really see Raylin's face and how closely she is watching what Elle Elise is doing.

Our busy week!

We have had a busy week and have lots of pictures. Scroll down for lots and lots of new posts. I am printing the blog into a book for Raylin so I am trying to document everything. It is going to be her baby book since I do not think I will ever get around to finishing her scrapbook. I haven't even finished her first Christmas! :) Thanks to MK for telling me about blurb.com. Raylin's first year of life from the blog should be in a 130 page book on our doorstep tomorrow! YEAH!
Hope you enjoy all the new pics!

Raylin's new sandbox!!!

Brigg completed Raylin's sandbox today. He had to sand, stain, and put a liner in it. It looks so good! We went today and got sand to fill it up and she had so much fun playing in it. She really liked eating the sand. I'm sure there will be lots of fun times in this sandbox with many, many friends. Thanks Daddy!!!

Lunch at Aunt Moc Moc's

Saturday, we went to Aunt Moc Moc's house for lunch. Brigg's mother's cousins Suzanne and Norman from DC were here for their granddaughter Mallory's graduation. We had a delicious lunch and enjoyed seeing Norman, Suzanne, Lark and Mallory!

ROCKIN ON THE REZ!!!

Friday night, we went to Rockin on the Rez. We went with Aunt Moc Moc and her friend Franklin in his friend's pontoon boat. Julz, Pops, and Franklin's family were all on the boat. We had so much fun! Raylin loved being out on the water. She especially liked the fireworks at the end of the symphony concert. We did not get home until 11:00 so she definitely had a late night, but she was such a trooper. She proved she can party with the best of 'em! :) Thanks so much to Franklin and Aunt Moc Moc for inviting us. We had a blast!!!

Canton Flea Market

Raylin, Gran and I went to the Canton Flea Market Thursday morning. We met Julz and Aunt Moc Moc there. It was a lot of fun, but way too crowded. Raylin got lots of new bows and two new dresses. Julz got her a cute hand painted dress with a beach scene on it for our upcoming trip to the beach. We missed out on the funnel cake this time, so we will definitely have to get that when we go back in October. We got there about 8:30 and Raylin was really good while we were there, but by 11:30 she had had enough. We left and went to meet Julie, Eli and Elle Elise at Newks for lunch.

All smiles BEFORE our big shopping day

Happies from Vegas!!!

Brigg brought Raylin this little dog from Vegas that walks and barks. She loved it. She just cracked up everytime he would turn it on. I thought she was going to have to sleep with it that night. She did not want to let go of it. Daddy, we missed you so much and are so glad you are home! Thanks for our happies!!!

Walking!!!

Raylin decided to walk a lot at Mom's. She would just let go and walk between the couches and from Mom to Gran. This was the most I have seen her walk. She still prefers to crawl, but she can walk if she wants to. She has shown me time and time again, but I think she still likes the security of crawling better. She is gradually walking more and more, so I know it is just a matter of time until she will be running!

Playing at Mom's

Raylin and I went to Philly to stay with Gran and Gramp while Brigg was in Las Vegas for a business trip. We had lots of fun! One night we went to Mom's (Raylin's great grandmother) for a visit. Raylin loved playing with Mom and Gran. While we were at Mom's eating dinner, Brigg was having dinner in Las Vegas with Ty Pennington and Johnny Littlefield? from the Extreme Home Makeover Team. And no he didn't have a camera so there are no pictures to prove this famous get together. He said that he didn't talk to Ty much, but sat by Johnny all night and that he was super nice. Of course, what do you expect from someone that helps build needy people a new house. I asked him to take a camera, but he wouldn't so who knows if any of it is actually true. But Brigg doesn't watch Extreme Home Makeover, so it must be true since he actually knew their names. :)
