Last post of the day... I promise
Okay, I know this is the fourth or fifth post for the day, but we have had a lot going on this past week. But this post is for all of you who look at my blog and never comment. I know who you are, you have told me. I still need help deciding about which picture is the best of Raylin on the beach. You do not have to comment on any other post, but please vote which pic you like best because I am having a really hard time deciding. Please go to http://www.sun-shots.com/ and click on Gallery, then events, then scroll down to 295-Abercrombie and the password is beach. Look at #'s 11, 14, 13, 7 and 6 and please let me know which one you like best because I cannot pick one. And thank you to all of you who have let me know. I really appreciate it, but the choices are so different so there is not a majority rule yet. Thanks again!!!
Happy Birthday Stacy!
Last night we went to Cock of the Walk to celebrate Stacy Seago's birthday with her family and A LOT of her friends. We had a great time Stacy and hope you had a wonderful birthday!
Stacy lighting the candles on HER birthday cake. Everybody else was taking pictures so she had to light her own candles. Sorry Stacy!
Getting ready to blow out the candles...

Jennifer and Raylin... Thanks Jennifer for taking care of my child half the night. You are so sweet and Raylin loves you, especially your fingers by the looks of this picture.
Raylin's Favorite Toy
For those of you with little ones, I thought I would post about this wonderful invention you can buy at your local Wal-Mart. These beads are Raylin's favorite toy. We do not go anywhere without these and the best thing of all is that they are only $1.86. This is the cheapest toy we own and Raylin loves them. We have lost several of them, but when they are only $1.86 it is so easy to buy more. I believe we have owned about six of these and currently only know where two are. I think other mother's must also know how great these are because everytime I go to Wal-Mart, they are out of stock. So next time I find them in stock, I believe I will be purchasing lots so that we always have some handy. Now the last picture is Raylin with her hands and I think this is her next favorite thing. If she does not have her beads, those little hands are in her mouth. And usually it is both hands and all fingers. She is so talented already!!! And by the way, these are also pictures from our home photo session. As you can see, they are all close up. This is one of the techniques the book suggested - the closer, the better so that is why every picture is all up in her face :) !!!!
Photo session with my new camera
I got a book last week about how to photograph your baby so I decided to try out a few of the techniques. So these are some pictures from my photography session with Raylin. I believe she is quite photogenic. Sorry about the drool in all of the pictures. Everytime I would wipe it off and get ready to take another picture, there would be more.
Happy Birthday Daddy!!!
Today is my daddy's birthday. Daddy, I hope you have a wonderful birthday. Thank you for everything you do for us and for always being the hardworking, honest, loving Christian father that you are.
After Hank's party, we went to Meridian to John and Julie's house to celebrate my daddy's birthday. Isn't this a cute picture of Raylin smiling at her Gramp. Raylin says, "I hope you have a very Happy Birthday Gramp! I love you!"
This is Raylin in the walker that her Aunt Dene is letting her borrow. She really likes it alot so I believe we may have to go buy one.
Just a sweet picture of my beautiful baby girl...

Happy First Birthday Hank!
This past Tuesday was Hank's first birthday. His sweet mommy kept Raylin on her son's first birthday. Thanks Andrea! I really, really appreciate you doing that for me. Hank had his party Sunday at Winner's Circle Park. He had a Mickey Mouse party. We had lots of fun and the cake Andrea made was cute and delicious!
Hank playing with what I believe was his favorite gift because every picture I have that day of Hank, he has this truck.
Raylin loved the party. She really enjoyed swinging. Too bad she couldn't have any cake yet!
This is the great cake Andrea made.

Gulf Shores!!!
Here are some pics from our beach trip this past weekend. Raylin actually liked the beach, but she liked the kiddie pool at the condo much better. We had professional pics taken and I would like ya'll to tell me which one you like the best. I can't decide which picture to get in a 16 X 20 to hang in our den. He is going to hand tint the one that I want so please, please help me decide. Go to www.sun-shots.com and then click on Gallery and then events. Go to Abercrombie - 295 and the password is beach. Thanks!

Happy 4th of July and Happy 7 Months to Raylin!

Raylin was 7 months old yesterday, July 4th. I know I say this every month, but I cannot believe she is already seven months old. She is growing so much. We had a great day celebrating the 4th with family and friends. We went to see Brigg's family yesterday and swam and cooked out at his Aunt Vaneesa and Uncle Archie's house. We had so much fun! Raylin even enjoyed her float. Then we went to Chad, Andrea and Hanks to eat and shoot fireworks. I think Raylin enjoys the fireworks. She doesn't seem scared of the noise at all. We hope you had a wonderful 4th of July! A special thanks to the men and women who are fighting and have fought for our country and to their families. Our freedom is definitely not free. Praise God that we live in America!

My Birthday Party in Philly!
Happy 30th Birthday to Me!!!
Carri, Amy, Me and Whit
Mary Katherine, Sha, Me, Jennifer and Andrea
Brigg (and Andrea) surprised me Saturday night with a party at Sal and Mookies for my big 30 birthday. I thought we were going to eat with Chad, Andrea, Hank, Art, Amy and Caroline, but when we go there, everybody said SURPRISE!!! I was so excited. I had really thought my hubby didn't plan anything for my birthday, but once again - he came through for me. He truly is a wonderful husband and father and I am so blessed. Thank you Brigg! And thank you Andrea for all of your help getting everything together. Also, THANK YOU to everybody that was there - Joe and Carri; Art, Amy and Caroline; Whitney; MK, Chad and Camp; Sha, Jeremy, and Graham; Chad and Hank; Eugene and Jennifer; Bridgette; and Wade and Angie for helping make this the best birthday I've ever had. I had so much fun!
Birthday/Small Group Party at the MS Braves Game
Friday night, we went to the MS Braves Game with our small group. It was so much fun! It started my 30th birthday weekend off just right. They made me wear a big "Birthday Princess" hat and a 30 button on my shirt that lit up. I got lots of stares, but we had a blast. For those of you with kids who haven't been to a game yet, the cheap tickets are the way to go. We had tickets in the stands and it was so hot and crowded that we took a blanket over to left field and really got comfy. Raylin stretched out and played and Mary Grace, Camp, Hank, Garrett and Beau ran around. It was great to finally get together with our small group. We have missed all of ya'll!
