Happy Birthday Mamaw!!!

Friday, Raylin and I went to the river to see Gran and Gramp. On Saturday, we went to Oxford to celebrate Mamaw's birthday with family. It was a fun day and great to see some of our family that we rarely get to see.
Happy Birthday Mamaw. We hope you had a wonderful day!!!

Stopping by Mom's

On the way to the river, Raylin and I stopped by to see Mom. It was so good to see her and Raylin had a fun time destroying her house. She took everything off the shelves, tore up magazines and newspapers, took magnets and pictures off the refrigerator, called China or somewhere on Mom's phone and tried to throw birdseed all over the floor. I caught her just in time. Don't you want us to come visit you????
This was definitely a bad hair day for Raylin and me too. Thank goodness I wasn't in any of these pictures. This was on Friday when it rained ALL DAY LONG!!!

Fun Friday!

Friday afternoon, the Gilmore's came to Jackson. We met them for a little shopping and and early dinner at Up The Creek. It was so great to see them. Raylin loved playing with Nealy and McCall as you can see by these pics. We miss our Meridian friends so much and wish they lived a little bit closer!
Nealy, Raylin and McCall

When we got home Friday night, Raylin was not the least bit tired. We put her in the bed, but she just layed in there talking and playing so Brigg went to get her. She got in the bed with us and we played and had a pillow fight. She just laughed and laughed especially when Chopper would get her. This is one of those wonderful family times that I do not ever want to forget. Times like this with Raylin and Brigg just remind me how VERY BLESSED I am!!!

Snow Day in Mississippi!!!

Sunday morning, the first day of March, we woke up to a little bit of snow on the ground. Raylin would have nothing to do with it. She screamed as soon as we walked outside. I think she was just a little bit too cold and it was so windy. So I had to take some pics of her inside. I tried to get a picture of her in front of the window with the snow, but she just wouldn't cooperate. She just wanted to ride her pony in the middle of the floor. I did get some really cute pictures of her in her snowman dress that she has not had a chance to wear until now, but not any outside. Maybe next year!

All ready to go eat Mexican with the Segrest's, but not wanting to have her picture taken!

Fun with my cousins...

Julz, Pops, Neely and Gabe came to Jackson last weekend. They brought Raylin this poodle that spins, dances and sings. Just take a look at the pictures and you will see how much Raylin loved it. She will not put it down.

Neely loved the dog too!

Natural Science Museum

Saturday morning, we went to the Natural Science Museum. It was a lot of fun. Raylin loved the stuffed bear and deer. She also really enjoyed looking at all the fish. After the museum, Raylin and I went to Bass Pro Shop to meet Brigg for lunch. After lunch, Raylin started feeling bad. She had a fever AGAIN. We went home and I gave her some tylenol and we both took a nap. When she woke up, she still had a little temp, but seemed to be feeling much better. Sunday morning, she still had a little temp, but by Sunday afternoon, she was feeling great! It was a fun weekend with Julz, Pops, and her cousins!

Giving Neely a kiss - So sweet!

Testing at UMC...

We went to UMC on Thursday for Raylin's EMG and Nerve Conduction Study. It was not fun at all, but she did great. The staff even bragged that she was the best two year old they had ever had. The neurologist said that she had excellent results. PRAISE GOD! Thank you again for all of your prayers. I will keep you updated!
She got a singing Cinderella from us and a singing and dancing bunny from Gran for being such a big girl. I hate I did not get pictures of her when she opened these because she was so excited. I think she immediately forgot about the pain she had been in.

Walking in to UMC for the tests...

Looking at Gran's pictures waiting to be called back...

Playing at the Doctor's Office...

These are some pictures I took of Raylin while we were at the doctor last week for genetic tests. She had so much fun playing before they had to take blood. She was such a trooper and got a tea set and a white furry bear for being so good.

She loves to play with my cell phone!

Playing peek a boo with daddy!

Daddy hiding from Raylin behind the garbage can! They were probably glad to see us leave!

Weekend at the River

Last weekend, we went to the river to see Gran and Gramp. Brigg and Gramp fished and Gran, Raylin and I shopped and played. On Friday, we went to a farm in Macon. Raylin loved all of the animals, especially Archie, the turkey. I love the pictures of all of the animals following her. So cute!

T-Town!!!

Last Saturday, my mom, Aunt Linda and Raylin and I met Keri and Steven in Tuscaloosa for lunch at The Fig. It was so great to see them even though Raylin acted like a hornet the entire time we were waiting and eating. It was definitely not one of her better days. I think she was just tired from not napping at the river and she must not have felt great either. But it was still fun to visit with Keri and Steven. As you can see by the last two pics, Raylin was not having a great day!!!

Valentines Day!

I know I am really behind on posting, but as most of you know, we have had a LOT going on. So here are a few pictures from Valentines Day. Raylin spent the night with Julz and Pops the night before Valentines Day. Brigg and I went to get her in Magee that afternoon so we took her Valentine happy. She opened it in the truck. She was so excited, but definitely was not acting herself. She felt pretty warm and Julz said she had a little fever that afternoon after her nap. Well when we got home, I checked her temp and she was burning up with 104 fever. We rubbed her down with ice water while she screamed bloody murder and gave her motrin. The bottom picture is of her reading a book that Aunt Moc Moc brought to her Valentines night. You can tell in these pictures that she is not feeling well at all. I took her to see Dr. Joe and he said she had a fever virus. It lasted for four days. Poor baby!
