Eli had a party at Pump It Up for his 6th birthday, which is tomorrow. We had so much fun! Raylin hung right in there with the big kids. I'm sure it will not be long before she is asking for a party at Pump It Up!!!

Labor Day Weekend!!!

We left Friday afternoon for Gran and Gramp's River house. We stopped in Louisville and picked up Mamaaw. We had so much fun all weekend relaxing, eating and swimming. We went out on Uncle Harry and Aunt Linda's pontoon boat every day. Raylin loves boating and swimming in the river. She had so much fun with her Gran and Gramp and all of her cousins. On Friday, Mark, Dene and all the boys were there. Gunnar, Seger and Duke stayed all weekend with us. Such fun times with family! We are so blessed!!!

On the way to watch the Bulldogs play...

We went to my Uncle Harry and Aunt Linda's house to watch the game Saturday night. Brigg rode Raylin over there on the four wheeler. Brigg was the only one that stayed to watch the whole game. I think I was in the bed by 8:30 that night.

Sunday afternoon, John, Julie, Eli and Elle Elise joined us at the river. We went out on the pontoon boat again and let the kids swim. It was so much fun being with family. We missed Mark, Dene, Ben, Creed and Rayner.

Just wanted to share how excited Raylin is when she is in the river!!! Had to post a video, pictures just couldn't do this excitement justice :) !!!

Another trip to the Renaissance with the Edward's...

Last week, we went to eat in Madison with the Edward's and decided to take Raylin and Hank to play in the fountains at the Renaissance again. They love playing in the water. And this splash pad was free!!! Raylin was soaking wet from head to toe again within seconds, but it took Hank a while to get his face wet. Notice her clothes are dripping water. I'm not sure what we are going to do for water entertainment when it gets cold! Any suggestions???

Playing with Camp...

Chad and Camp Segrest came by the other night for a visit and Raylin and Camp played and played. Raylin had a blast playing with Camp. They both love to get in her ball pit and throw all the balls out. Such a fun game and so much fun to watch mama get to pick them all up and chase balls all over the house. You can see by these pics that Raylin's ball pit has so much more than balls in it. We are using it as a toybox while the playroom is under construction, which is another long post that I will share when we have a completed project - hopefully sometime this year :)!!!

Dancing with Daddy

Last week, I turned the tv to the music channels and was letting Raylin dance to the "party" tunes. Brigg came in and turned it to the country channel and Hank was on so he and Raylin danced. It was so sweet. She was loving it and laughing while they were dancing.

Shiloh Splash Pad!

On Tuesday, Andrea and I took Raylin and Hank to Shiloh Splash Pad in Brandon. They had a blast! Raylin LOVED all of the water! The second we got there she went full speed running through all the water. Hank had to warm up to it for about 15 minutes before he let his face get wet. Raylin was soaking wet head to toe before I could even put our stuff down on the bench. She fell right before we left and skinned her knee and toe up pretty bad. Luckily the staff had bandaids. She hardly even cried she was having so much fun! The only negative about this place is that it is somewhat pricey. It costs $7 for me and $5 for Raylin, but I must say the fun she had was well worth the $12! They will probably offer season passes next year, so maybe that will help because I could see this being a once a week thing to do next summer!

Raylin dancing in the water... When you tell her to dance or boogie down, she will start clapping and then stick her hands out to the side and shake her hips. It is so cute!

She tried to drink all the water! She could care less that it was in her face, eyes, and nose. She LOVES water!

Raylin and Hank loved playing on this alligator.

Andrea bought them popsicles before we left. If you look closely, you can see Raylin's bandaged knee and toe.

Another Beach Trip - YEAH!!!

We went to the beach with our friends Keri and Steven from Birmingham last weekend! We had such a great time! It was so much fun hanging out with ya'll! These are a few pics I took while we were there. We stayed at Keri's parents condo! Thanks Mrs. Karen and Mr. Kim!

Brigg dug this huge hole while we all relaxed on the beach. You know my ADHD husband couldn't sit still and just enjoy the weather, sand and waves! :) We put Raylin in there and she was not too crazy about it.

One Year Ago!

This picture is when we were at the beach about a year ago. The next picture is from the beach this year. Look how much my baby has grown! She definitely liked the water much better this year even though you can't tell it by her face in the bottom picture.

Our fun weekend!!!

This weekend was my big birthday trip to the Alluvian. Brigg and I left Friday at lunch. We got to Greenwood and did exactly what I wanted to do. We went shopping in a children's boutique and bought Raylin some cute dresses. Then I went to have a massage. This was my very first massage and I hope it will not be my last. It was wonderful. And I must brag on my sweet hubby. While I was having a massage, he went to one of the boutiques and bought me some jeans. They are so cute and fit perfect. Thanks honey! After the massage, we went to a cooking class. We had so much fun. We (mostly Brigg) cooked bacon wrapped scallops, salad, mushrooms and spinach, hash brown potatoes, and bone in ribeye. Everything was yummy! We left on Saturday morning to go get Raylin in Seminary. She stayed with Julz and Pops while we were at the Alluvian. Thanks Julz and Pops!
These are just a few pictures I took of Raylin on Saturday afternoon at Julz and Pops. They were watering trees and Raylin played in the water. She was constantly trying to drink out of the hose. She was soaking wet after all of the trees were watered.
I did not get but one pic at the Alluvian and it was not that great so I didn't post it. Brigg wasn't even looking at the camera and was just standing in front of a water fountain. I think ya'll will all live if you don't see that one!
