These are some pictures I took of Raylin before church this morning. Notice how most of the pictures of her she is sitting in her rocking chair. She loves to sit in her rocking chair so I can always get her to smile. Thanks to Gran and Gramp for the great photo prop! She also loves her baby! She will kiss her (open mouth slobbery kisses) and it is so sweet. She is into everything these days. I can't believe she is already 16 months old. She is still saying mama and has started saying ba ba ba ba. Not sure what she is talking about, but I would like to think she is trying to say Bye Bye. She will take a few steps on her own, but once she realizes that I am not holding on to her, she sits down. She is just not ready to go on her own and I am definitely not complaining :) ! She is very cautious and I am thinking that is a good personality trait to have. Not sure where that comes from because I don't think Brigg or I have that trait, but I hope she keeps it. I think I was a little more cautious when I was younger, but for some reason that trait didn't stay with me so time will tell
with Raylin. She is eating just about anything now. She loves Finding Nemo fruit chews, french fries, rice, ramen noodles, macaroni and cheese and anything SWEET like Oatmeal Creme Pies for breakfast! She loves to get out every toy. She can play with twenty different things in under two minutes. She still likes for us to read to her. Her favorite books now are "This Little Chick," still loves "Miss Spider's Tea Party," Baby Einstein Mirror book (not sure of the exact name, but I can quote the book word for word), and any book that plays music. She loves music. Last week, she was playing in her play room and I had left the Today show on and went to do something in my room. I went out to check on her and she was in the den dancing and watching the person singing on TV. She was standing at the coffee table and bending her knees going up and down. It was so cute!
She now has 10 teeth. You can see quite a few of them in these pictures.
