Welcoming Millie Kate Edwards

Amelia Kate Edwards was born April 6th. I went to the hospital shortly after she was born, but Raylin did not get to meet Millie Kate until she was home from the hospital. Congratulations Chad, Andrea and Hank!!!

Raylin loves to hold Millie Kate, but will scream hysterically if I try to hold her. It is definitely a good thing that she is an only child right now!!!

Warm weather afternoons...

Several afternoons last week the weather was gorgeous so we played outside a lot. These are just some pictures that I took last week while we were playing outside.

DOGWOOD FESTIVAL
We went to Dogwood Festival to play in their splash pad fountains last week and Caroline and Ames met us there. The girls loved it! After getting soaking wet, we went to eat Mexican!!!

First time playing Putt Putt Golf...

Saturday, we took Raylin to play Putt Putt in Pearl. Brigg was supposed to be fishing in a tournament, but it was canceled due to the weather so we had a fun family day. We played Putt Putt before it rained. Raylin didn't care anything about "putting" the ball. She just wanted to chase after them when Brigg or I would hit the ball. She would catch the ball and take off running to throw it in the hole. So we didn't keep score or really play, but had fun watching Raylin!!!

Grilling out with The Guest's

Saturday night, the Guest's came over to eat. The weather was beautiful and we stayed outside all evening. The kids played in Raylin's sand and water table which was full of water, played in the sprinkler, played in the water hose, the sandbox and rode the Barbie Jeep all night. We all had a great time!

After all night playing outside, three kiddos needed a bath! They all had a blast in the bubbles!!! Raylin loved washing MB's hair!

After everybody was bathed and had pajamas on, I found Raylin in the bathtub again - in her clean, dry pajamas!!!!

Finally, after Raylin was in dry pajamas for the second time, they all crawled in our bed and watched NOGN, danced and jumped on the bed! Such a fun night with fun friends!!! Love y'all!

Beau's Bowling Birthday Party!!!

We celebrated Beau's 4th birthday several weekends ago by going bowling! This was Raylin's first time to bowl and she loved it. After bowling, Raylin and I went with the Guest's to Ichiban to eat and then went out on their boat. It was such a fun day!
Beau, we hope you had a wonderful birthday! We had a blast celebrating with you! We love you!!!

Raylin had a blast until she had to get off the tube. Beau started crying and saying "No, Raylin. Raylin go to time out. No Wii, No TV." Of course, Mary Bratton promised us Raylin did not do anything to Beau and he just started crying, but I'm sure Raylin did something - probably playing (pulling) his hair! So since it was Beauy's birthday, we made Raylin get off the tube. She was not too happy about it and neither was MB, but Beau sure was smiling!!!!

Celebrating FIVE wonderful years!!!

April 16th was our 5 year Anniversary! Brigg surprised me with a Nikon D90 camera. I was so excited. I took lots and lots of pics all weekend! I believe at the end of the weekend I had taken 632 pictures. When I told Brigg, he immediately said "I hope you are not planning on getting all of those developed." It was a wonderful anniversary! Thank you honey for 5 amazing years! I love you!!!

Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus

Several weekends ago, Raylin and I went to Gran and Gramp's to go to the circus in Tupelo. We had so much fun!!! Raylin loved every minute of it! Thank you so much Gran!!! During the circus, Raylin provided entertainment for everyone around. She danced, clapped and jumped the entire time!

Raylin was so excited when we walked out on the floor and the first thing she saw was this bird!!!
